Real Estate One

Real Estate One Detail
Real Estate includes land (measured in area), and any residential, commercial property built upon it.
Its value is usually based on the area and individual value of the types of assets (homes, buildings, parks, schools, even office cubicles) that are accommodated in that area along with the immediate surroundings (access to transportation, business opportunities and several other factors).
The term "real estate" refers to the land and fixtures together, as opposed to "real property" which refers to ownership rights of the land and anything affixed to it.
Real estate can be a desirable investment vehicle, however there are risks associated with it which must be thoroughly researched, understood and taken into account. Like any other investment, real estate should not dominate a portfolio.
